Our Story

Samantha Anderson and Debra Feldstein have joined forces to create Ceres Group Advisors.

We first connected while undergraduates at Tufts University through our shared commitments to social justice, political activism, and campus leadership.

We served on the student body government and were at the forefront of the on-campus movement advocating for the University’s divestment from South Africa.

While we pursued different paths after graduation, we sustained our commitments to leadership, justice, and advocacy throughout our careers.

Why Us?

Together, we bring decades of experience in management, philanthropy, and social enterprise. Our expertise spans the areas of revenue generation, strategic planning, philanthropic advising, organizational and leadership development, social media and marketing, organizational turnaround, transition management, succession planning, board leadership, foundation, corporate and community relations, program development, corporate social responsibility, and social entrepreneurship.

As long-time advocates for women in the workplace, we are focused on helping women leaders achieve their potential across multiple sectors, create opportunities for women to invest in women-run businesses and organizations, develop a gender-lens philanthropic or impact investing strategy, enhance women’s economic capacity, advocate for women’s rights, and support organizations that promote women’s health and wellness.

We look forward to working with you!

Why Now?

This moment in history offers a potent opportunity for women. There’s much to celebrate: organizations are seeking to increase diversity in their C-suite and senior management teams, more women from diverse backgrounds are running for and winning political office, and corporations are investing in the structures and processes to create family friendly work cultures.

Yet, women still have a long way to go to break the glass ceiling. Women comprise only 21% of Congress, 6% serve as CEOs of the top 1000 companies, and only 1.6% of American’s charitable giving goes towards nonprofits helping women and girls. This is why we have come together to create Ceres Group Advisors

We look forward to working with you to help you achieve your goals.
